Exchanges and Refunds


Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days and apply only to full priced items. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase and receipt of the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Sale items

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please check size guides for measurements before ordering.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at CS@shopeesome.com and we will let you know the instructions for sending the item back to us provided the item is still available.

Shipping the returning item

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on the address of delivery, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over IDR 1M, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible for shipping mishaps cause by the shipping couriers.
