SHIPPING & FEES
Our Indonesian preferred shipping providers are JNE or TIKI with JNE as the priority. International shipping is available, please contact us by email or LINE app for rates if international shipping is required.
The Customer, will be responsible for all shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are paid to the shipping couriers and are not refundable.
Please allow 24 hours for confirmation of payment and processing of orders after payment confirmation is made. Orders paid in full will be shipped out within 36-48 hours unless otherwise stated in email communications. Orders without full payment received to our stated bank accounts will not be shipped out. Please contact us at [email protected] if there are any doubts.
Our return policy lasts 7 days and applies only for full priced items that is found to have defect or faulty. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 7 days have gone by upon arrival of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging with all the tags still intact. The refund of your order will be in a form of store credit to be used for your next purchase.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please check size guides for measurements before ordering.
We only allow exchange to different items if the item you received come defective or damaged. Alternatively, If you need to exchange it for the same item in different sizing, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will let you know the instructions for sending the item back to us; provided the item in preferred size is still available.
Shipping the returning item
You will be responsible for the payment of the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on the address of delivery, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over IDR 1M, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible for shipping mishaps caused by the shipping couriers.
