SHIPPING & FEES
Our Indonesian preferred shipping providers are JNE or TIKI with JNE as the priority. International shipping is available, please contact us by email or LINE app for rates if international shipping is required.
The Customer, will be responsible for all shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are paid to the shipping couriers and are not refundable.
Please allow 24 hours for confirmation of payment and processing of orders after payment confirmation is made. Orders paid in full will be shipped out within 36-48 hours unless otherwise stated in email communications. Orders without full payment received to our stated bank accounts will not be shipped out. Return and Exchange Policy
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 10 days to proceed exchange or refund in a form of store credit .
Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns and exchanges.
MAXIMUM EXCHANGE PROCESS ( 1 TIME ONLY )
An email must be sent to [email protected] and acknowledge before the item can be sent back to us.
Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached with the same packaging that EESOME used to send the goods.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
We only offer and accept refunds in form of STORE CREDIT at the selling price of the returned products excluding shipping costs.
Store credit only can be used in 1 TRANSACTION ONLY within 6 MONTHS period from the time of activation.
For international customers, please contact your local customs for more details on tax and custom refund.
Products must be mailed for return within 10 days from the day the order was delivered.(i.e. Your order was arrived 8th April, you have until 18st April to ship back your returns). Products must be unworn and unwashed. Products must have EESOME tags attached.
Please note that sale of Accessories (Bags, Earrings, Necklace, Body Jewelry), Sleepwear, Intimates, Sportswear and sale/discounted items are final. Due to hygiene reasons these are strictly not qualified for returns or exchanges.
Products that do not meet conditions above can neither be exchange nor returned.
Your return will take up to 14 days to reach us and be processed. If it’s been longer, please contact Customer Service ([email protected]) with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip.
